Municipal Payment system for small towns to easily integrate automated card and ACH payments

This has been a fairly long project but not a terribly difficult one.

Building a payment system has a few more pitfalls you have to watch out for as the attack surface for hackers is pretty wide.

I expect to finish up this program sometime around summer 2026
